Within the “Institutional and organizational information” family, you now have the new subfamily: “ Protection of personal data ”, which includes three new manual items. Specifically:
- Data Protection Officer.
- Exercise of rights relating to the protection of personal data.
- Registration of personal data processing activities.
These three new items can comply with the requirements associated with the Transparency Laws, the European Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD), or Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
The details for each of them are shown below:

- Unit in charge

- Postal Address
- Observations
