This document analyzes the opinions, reports and / or resolutions issued by the bodies responsible for data protection, such as the Catalan Data Protection Authority, the Guarantee Commission for Access to Public Information (GAIP), the Spanish Data Protection Agency and the Council for Transparency and Good Governance (CTBG) to see their interpretation of the game of rights that defend the protection of personal data and the transparency of public activity in certain actions of local authorities. Especially those aimed at disseminating the actions and acts of the governing bodies.
This document, which will be reviewed periodically, has been prepared by the working group on standard documents, made up of technicians from the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Diputació de Barcelona, the Diputació de Girona, the Diputació de Lleida, the Diputació de Tarragona, the Catalan Association of Municipalities (ACM), the Federation of Municipalities of Catalonia (FMC), the Consortium of Open Administration of Catalonia (AOC) and the Association of Secretaries, Auditors and Treasurers of Catalonia (CSITAL), which 'has constituted following the framework agreement, of 2 June 2015, signed to collaborate in matters of transparency, access to public information and good governance.
