The different elements of the e-Office and Open Government and transparency can be edited to suit the needs of each entity.

HEADLINE HIGHLIGHTS:

The Featured section is shown at the top of the page, right next to the search options. Highlights are shared between e-Headquarters and Transparency, so if we modify it in one place, it will be modified in both places.

To edit them, click on the " Edit " icon next to the item you want to edit. You can only include 4 items:

The following is the dialog box where you can modify the following:

  • Title : Insert the name you want to use in the Title field of the heading.
  • Link to a portal page : Allows you to associate the link to a page of the e-Office portal and transparency. To do this, open the combo box and select the content page to which you want the highlight to go.

  • External link : Allows you to associate the link with an external page that you want to highlight.

  • Priority : You can change the order of the highlights.

Once you have finished editing the selected fields, click "Publish" if you want to permanently edit, or "Save as draft" if you want to save for later review, editing, or posting.

Warning: If you edit fields that are not included in this display mode (in this case, title, link, or priority), such as image, it will not be displayed.

SECTIONS OF THE ELECTRONIC SERVICES, PROCEDURES AND MANAGEMENT HEADQUARTERS:

To modify the sections of the Electronic Office of Services, procedures and procedures, click on " Edit" .

A dialog box will open with the following editing options:

  • Title : Text displayed on the cover of the Electronic Office .
  • Link : Link where you need to go when you click on it.
    • Link to a portal page : Allows us to select a portal item.
    • External link : It points us to an external page using the URL (you need to put the full URL https or http). You must replace the anchor in this section with the external URL or remove it if you indicate a link to a portal page.

  • Visible : It will allow us to deactivate this option in case we do not want to show this link on the cover of the e-Office.
  • Priority : We can modify the order of publication of the highlights.

Once you have finished editing the selected fields, click "Publish" if you want to permanently edit, or "Save as draft" if you want to save for later review, editing, or posting.

If you want to change the order of the services shown in Procedures and procedures, you will need to use the "up" and "down" arrows.

To hide an item in your e-Office, go to Edit, and at the bottom uncheck the box.

SECTIONS OF THE COVER OF OPEN GOVERNMENT AND TRANSPARENCY:

To edit the sections of the cover of Open Government and transparency, click Edit of the section you want to modify.

The content editing dialog box is shown below, and you can modify the following features:

  • Title : Highlighted title in bold just below the image.
  • Description : Brief description of the section we want to highlight, which is shown below the title.
  • Link : Link where you should take us when you click on it.
    • Link to a portal page : Allows us to select a portal item.
    • External link : Points us to an external page.

Once you have finished editing the selected fields, click "Publish" if you want to permanently edit, or "Save as draft" if you want to save for later review, editing, or posting.

If you do not want an entire Transparency subsection to be visible , you can hide it from public view.

To disable the display, click on the title of the section you want to disable and then click on the "Hide" button.

IMAGE SHORTCUTS:

The main page of the e- Office as well as the Open Government and Transparency page have their own featured sections with images. In both cases, their editing will be handled in the same way, but they are independent content.

Click on " Edit" in the section we want to modify and the content editing dialog box will be displayed allowing you to modify:

  • Title : Highlighted title in bold just below the image.
  • Description : A brief description of the section we want to highlight is shown below the title.
  • Image : Image that we want to relate to the highlighted section, it is advisable to always use horizontal image distributions with .jpeg, .png or .gif format. Dimensions for images are 220px wide by 180px high.
  • Link : Link where you need to be redirected when you click on it.
    • Link to a portal page : Allows us to select a portal item.
    • External link : Points us to an external page.

Once you have finished editing the selected fields, click "Publish" if you want to permanently edit, or "Save as draft" if you want to save for later review, editing, or posting.

LINKS TO THE FOOT OF THE PAGE:

It allows you to edit and manage the three links at the bottom of the page, common and visible in all sections of the portal.
