Within the "Institutional and organizational information " family, you now have the new sub-family: " Personal data protection ", which includes three new manual items. Specifically:

  • Data Protection Officer.
  • Exercise of rights relating to the protection of personal data.
  • Registration of personal data processing activities.

With these three new items it is possible to comply with the requirements associated with both the Transparency Laws, the European Regulation relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement thereof (RGPD), or the Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

Below is the detail for each of them:
