On the transparency and open data portal of each, we automatically publish data on subsidies from the National Subsidy Advertising System (SNPS). The SNPS is the visible part of the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), where the data is published in an open and reusable format determined by the General Subsidies Law. The format conforms to legality for the following reasons:
- First: because the data that is published corresponds to the information that has been provided by those who are obliged to report to the National Subsidy Database.
- Second: because the data we publish are only those that the Ministry, in accordance with art. 20 of the General Law on Subsidies, can make public.
In accordance with the latest SNPS information note of April 9, 2019 , from that date and with retroactive effects to all searchable content, they have proceeded to anonymize at source the DNIs, NIEs, Passports and equivalent documents of the natural persons, in accordance with the seventh Additional Provision of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on personal data protection and guarantees of digital rights.
