Statistics associated with visits to the Transparency portals are now provided in open data format (CSV).

To obtain the statistical data associated with a specific entity, you must enter the open data portal of the same from its electronic headquarters or transparency portal as shown in the following image:

Once in the open data space, you can search for the set of data that interests you, in this case "Visit data from the transparency portal", and you can access the details and download the data that has already been filtered for the To us.

However, if what you want is to obtain a global set of data (and therefore of all the local entities that have the portal), you can access the following link and you will have the global set of information on visits in CSV (in a single file that contains all the local entities, which given its volume requires more advanced processing tools than Excel). In both cases the information is updated monthly.

The information that can be obtained is the following:

  1. Number of pages viewed: Total number of pages viewed; repeated visits to the same page are also counted
  2. Number of unique page views: The number of unique page views is the number of sessions during which the specified page was viewed at least once. A unique page view is counted for each combination of Page URL + Page Title. ( +Info )
  3. Average time on page: The average amount of time users spent viewing a screen or page, or a set of screens or pages.
  4. Bounce rate: Percentage of one-page visits (ie visits where the person left the site on the landing page, without interacting with it. +Info )
  5. Exit Rate: Percentage of site exits from a given page or set of pages ( +Info ).
