Different functional improvements and corrections are incorporated into the Transparency portal and the Open Data portal that AOC offers in collaboration with the Open Government Network of Catalonia .
Next we go into detail, where you will find improvements to existing items (with new visualizations also worked on with the Infoparticipa team), new items or other corrections and various improvements.
Let's start:
1. List of contracts awarded (historical)
This item incorporates a new graphic to visualize the data, which is based on the information of the PSCP. This graphic appears not visible, therefore the portal editor must make it visible, and if it has a redirect to the page, remove it (to show its content)
IMPORTANT: activating this graphic is an essential element to validate Infoparticipa indicator number 32 , associated with public procurement.
The Infoparticipa team (who collaborated in the definition of these visualizations) have incorporated this recommendation into their 2022 evaluation guide. For more information, see the 2022 Evaluation Guide (edition 11).
2. List of minor contracts (historical)
This item incorporates a new graphic to visualize the data that is based on the information from the RPC. This graphic appears not visible, therefore the portal editor must make it visible.
IMPORTANT: activating this graphic is an essential element to validate Infoparticipa indicator number 32 , associated with public procurement.

3. Remuneration of managers who receive subsidies
The format of decimal values has been modified to be with a comma instead of the American system with a dot, regarding the columns of Subsidy Amount and Gross Remuneration.
4. Stakeholder registration

5. Stakeholder Code of Conduct
Fixed the link to redirect to the correct place.
A new item is offered that is hidden by default. You will need to access it to activate it. Specifically:
- Information provided by private entities
- Family : Institutional and organizational information
- Subfamily : Institutional information
- Legal obligation : Article: 3 of the Transparency Law 19/2014
- Item type : Manual
- The subfamily Government Action and Political Groups within the Government Action and Regulations family has been moved to the first column, as it had been previously.
- The link to the Source of Economic Management Indicators has been modified, as with the change to the Support portal, the link had been broken.
- A new link has been incorporated into the Economic Management Indicators to redirect to a specific analysis for each Airef municipality.
- The default image of Municipal Regulations has been changed, it does not affect if it was customized, to a new one.
- The generic Open Data portal provided by AOC has been improved in terms of design with information from all the data sets of the entities that have a self-management portal available.
