Different functional and corrective improvements are incorporated in the environment of the Transparency portal and the Open Data portal that the AOC offers in collaboration with the Network of Open Governments of Catalonia .
Next we move on to the details, where you will find improvements to existing items (with new visualizations also worked with the Infoparticipa team), new items or other corrections and various improvements.
Let's get started:
1. List of awarded contracts (historical)
This item incorporates a new graphic to visualize the data, which is based on the information from the PSCP. This graphic appears not visible, so the portal editor will have to make it visible, and if it has a redirection on the page remove it (to show its content)
IMPORTANT: activating this graphic is an essential element to validate the Infoparticipate indicator number 32 , associated with public procurement.
From the Infoparticipa team (who have collaborated in the definition of these visualizations) they have incorporated this recommendation in their guide to evaluate 2022. For more information, you have the Guide to evaluate 2022 (edition 11).
2. List of minor contracts (historical)
This item incorporates a new graph to visualize the data that is based on the information from the RPC. This graphic appears not visible, so the portal editor will have to make it visible.

Also remember that for Infoparticipa it is also very important that you define the budget concepts in detail and that you activate the graphs of economic indicators and the political organization module.
More details at the following links:
- Infoparticipa recommends publishing an introductory “terminology” text in the budget
- Infoparticipa recommends the use of the "political organization" and "economic indicators" modules of the AOC's transparency portal
3. Remuneration of managers who receive subsidies
Changed the format of decimal values to be comma instead of US system with period, for the Grant Amount and Gross Remuneration columns

A new item is offered that appears hidden to you by default. You will need to access it to activate it. Specifically:
- Information provided by private entities
- Family : Institutional and organizational information
- Subfamily : Institutional information
- Legal obligation : Article: 3 of the Transparency Law 19/2014
- Item type : Manual
- The subfamily Government action and political groups has been moved to the first column within the family Government action and regulations , as it had been previously.
- The link to the Source of economic management indicators has been modified, because with the change of the Support portal, the link had been broken.
- A new link has been added to the Economic Management Indicators to redirect to a specific analysis for each Airef municipality.
- The default image of Municipal regulations has been modified, it does not affect if it was customized, with a new one.
- The design level of the generic Open Data portal available to the AOC has been improved with information on all the data sets of the entities that have a self-management portal available.
Remember that all these changes and improvements can also be found in the enabled "transparency updates" area of the portal's own editing environment.
