And what does the AOC offer regarding the FUE Local?
In the practice of the AOC we offer a "FUE Local" service that makes it easier for local bodies to have the detailed information for different procedures associated with the processing of business activities, including the details of their descriptive file, the electronic form, as well as a technical table that allows each activity to be associated with the processing regime that corresponds to it.
The councils integrated in the project will also have the connection to the "Guided search for procedures" included in the Single Business Window project (Business Management Office).
The FUE Local service is framed within the context of the Internal Market Services Directive and the Single Business Window (FUE), where the AOC Consortium was commissioned by the Government to coordinate a technical, multidisciplinary and inter-administrative working group with the aim of developing the standard procedures affected by the current regulations for companies and making them available to Catalan local bodies.
